Family and Child Registration

This year: For children up to 14 years old

(was 13 years old in prior years)

Even if you participated in our Christmas program last year, you must reapply.

Register your family with the Community Partnership for Families of San Joaquin (CPFSJ)
Pick up a Christmas Wish application – starting October 1st.
Complete the Christmas Wish Program application and bring it to the office during the hours listed below.

Donors/Sponsors

Thank you, thank you, thank you.

You can contribute in the following ways:

Taking Angel Cards (Starting November 10)
- Pick up an angel card with a child's name and their wishes
- Purchase clothes and toys for that child
- Return it to us, by December 7th

Volunteer your time to help us - packing/boxing, wrapping, shopping and other tasks

Without your support we could never bring so much joy to so many children in our community.
