Resident of Lodi, Woodbridge, Lockeford, Acampo, Thornton or Victor. Within the Lodi Unified School District, excluding Stockton.

Up to 14 years old as of December 13, 2025

Born on or after December 14, 2010

Proof of income (pay stub or 2024 Tax Returns)
Must earn at or below income guidelines to qualify
