Volunteers From Prior Years
If you volunteered to help us last year, or prior years, thank you.
If you registered online to help us in the past (prior to April 2025), you do need to register in our new system.
This spring (April 2025) we implemented a new online volunteer management system that we hope will make things easier for you and for us. Not only we will be able to maintain a list of volunteers, but you will be able to see what and when we need volunteers. You'll see what tasks we need help with and which shifts are open or already full. You will be able to sign-up for specific shifts, see what you've already signed up for and make changes to your schedule, if needed.
The system helps us to see who's volunteered and when we have shifts where we still need extra help. It will send out reminder messages to volunteers of upcoming shifts.
As many of you know, our volunteer schedules frequently change. Some schedules are fairly stable, but many tasks are dependent on when our sponsors return gifts. This system makes it easy for us to change our schedules, notify volunteers if we have to make changes and to send alerts when we're desperate for more help.
