Dear Families:
We would like to invite you to an invitation-only registration for your child/children to participate in this year's Lodi Adopt-A-Child Christmas Wish program for your children who meet the requirements below.
Eligibility Requirements:

Resident of Lodi, Woodbridge, Lockeford, Acampo, Thornton or Victor. Within the Lodi Unified School District, excluding Stockton.

Children 14 years old and younger.

Families below these income levels:
If your family is NOT currently registered with the Community Partnership for Families of San Joaquin (CPFSJ), please register with them as soon as possible. Being registered with them beforehand will significantly speed up the application process when you come in.
When: Monday, October 13 between 10:00 - 11:45 am
Where: 100 E. Pine St., Lodi
What to bring:

Proof of residence (utility bill, rental agreement, etc.)

Birth certificates for all children

Proof of income (pay stub or similar) - See income guidelines above

Clothing and toy wishes — please include children’s clothing sizes, shoe sizes, and height. (Reasonable items only; please no laptops, gaming systems, iPads, or similar.)
If you cannot attend the appointment time provided, you may also come in:
