This year's annual Christmas party will be on Saturday, December 14.  The 400+ families in our program, along with many of their 800+ children, will come to collect their clothing and toy gifts.  It is truly an amazing, crazy, hectic, tiring and wildly fulfilling event.  You'll get to see the joy on the children's faces as they pick up their wrapped gifts, along with bicycles, scooter, doll houses and many others.

The party will be held at our office:

100 E. Pine St., Lodi

It takes an army to make it all happen.  The party officially starts at 8am until 12noon.  For many of us our day starts at 6 or 7am and runs to early afternoon.  Some roles need people able and willing to haul big, heavy boxes and other just require patience and a smiling face.

We'll need help with:

• Building setup

• Filling our parking lot with all large gifts (e.g. bicycles, scooters, doll houses, etc.)

• Sign-in/Sign-out

• Pulling out gifts for each child

• Assisting Santa

• Handing out goodie bags

• Help carrying gifts to people's cars

• Assisting & directing families

• Clean-up

Sign up:

• We expect to have a detailed list of volunteer needs and have a sign-up form by the first week of December.

• If you haven't already done so, register as a volunteer.

• We will send a text out to all volunteers when we open registration for help at the party.​
